1/ Where can I buy tickets?

  • On site (cash only)
  • At the Johannsen Ticket Office, at the foot of the gondola lift (up Mont-Tremblant Resort)
  • At the Activity Centre, located at St-Bernard Place in the heart of the resort
Reservations needed only for groups of 20 persons or more

2/ Where can I park my vehicle?

  • P1 parking, at the bottom of the village. Then you can take the free Cabriolet up to the mountain base and turn left to get to Nansen road (15 minutes).
  • P9 parking, located left on De la Chapelle road. Then walk Des Ruisseaux path (10 minutes).

3/ How many courses are for kids and how long do they last?

  • 3 courses depending on the child’s height:
  • Kids 1.15 m and more (or 5 years old and up) can access the Kids Course. The first tour lasts about 45 minutes (equipment and briefing session included), and then they can start again the course as much as they want. If a parent has a Grand Course ticket or pays $20 +++ (child price), he or she can accompany the child.
  • Kids 1.30 m and more can also access zone 1 of the Grand Course. This zone lasts 1:15 (equipment and briefing session included) and kids can also start again this course as much as they want.
  • Juniors (1.42 m and more) do the Grand Course, just like adults. It lasts 2:30 (equipment and briefing session included).
  1. 4/ I’m coming with young children and I wish to do the Grand Course. Can I leave them alone on their course?
  • On the Kids Course, it’s better if a parent accompanies his or her child if it’s the first visit so the child feels more comfident.
  • Kids 1.30 m and more can go on the Course 1 with their parents.
  • Adults and juniors (1.42 m and more) will go on the 4 other courses while kids will stay on the course reserved for them, under the watchful eyes of the operators.
  • The 5 courses last between 2:30 and 3:00, depending on your agility and the number of times you’ve done it before.

5/ Can I follow the participants from the ground?

  • Yes, an open path follows the courses.

6/ What is the best time to come and visit you?

  • The best times are between 9 a.m. and 11 p.m. and between 3 p.m. and 5:30 p.m.
Rain doesn’t keep you from doing the activity, as installations are protected by the foliage. Under the trees, this all seasons activity is the best compromise in case of bad or hot weather.

7/ Can I choose the course I want to do?

  • YES.
  • A parent who only wants to accompany his or her child on the Kids Course pays $20.
  • Tickets for the Grand Course give access to the 5 zones, but you don’t have to follow them all, as you can come back on the ground.
  • However, it is not permitted to start again the Grand Course partly or entirely.

8/ Do operators accompany us on the course?

  • NO. When you arrive, we give you the equipment and then you attend a briefing session and practice yourself on the ground (about 10 minutes). Then only you can go on the course. Operators follow the participants along the courses on the path.
  1. 9/ Is the Night Course harder?
  • NO. The physical demand is the same, but the landmarks are not there anymore and only the headlamps light up the forest and the installations. The psychological challenge is the biggest one!

10/ If I get scared at the last moment, do I get my money back?

  • NO. Before paying, make sure the activity suits you by asking our staff questions and visiting our installations.
